Do you live alone? Do you have a medical condition or are you on medications that are essential? How would you report this information to emergency response personnel in a crisis situation? If you are at home, this information is as close as your refrigerator. That's right! You can keep written records of your medication, doctor's names, diagnosis, name and information of contact relatives or friends and other vital information in a small plastic vial attached to a shelf in your refrigerator where it can be easily found.
