CNA Training Classes Available!

CNA Trainings

Congratulations! You are looking to take the next step to become a Certified Nurse Aide! It takes a special kind of person to become a nurse aide and we are so excited to help you achieve this goal!

Certified Nursing Assistants provide most of the direct care given to nursing home residents. You will be responsible for helping the residents complete activities of daily living (eating, showering, getting dressed, using the restroom, etc.). Your compassionate care and focus on safety helps to provide a home-like environment for the residents and their families

Often, the Certified Nurse Aide training program is the first step to becoming a nurse. Many nursing students will use and maintain their CNA license while in school to continue using their hands on skills and stay in the field.

How does it work?
In order to become a Certified Nurse aide, you must successfully complete 120 hours of classroom and clinical studies. Once you have completed those hours, you will need to take a government approved written and procedural test.
To participate in our Certified Nurse Aide Training Program:
  • You are hired at a home as a hospitality aide. This gives you the opportunity to get to know the building, the residents and the staff members before beginning your training.
  • You will be provided with the hands on training by certified instructors.
  • You will need to attend 15 days of theory, lab and clinical training.
  • The Red Cross will provide you with the test for your certification.
  • Training is paid for COMPLETELY by your home!

  • Becoming a Certified Nurse Aide is not just a job—it’s a start to a career!
