To Sugar Creek Rest, Meadow Lake Manor, and Armstrong Retirement Village

From Kittanning: Travel west on Route 422. Two miles past Worthington, turn right at sign (large sign will be on the left side of Route 422). Follow signs.
From Butler: Travel east on Route 422 for ten miles. Turn left at sign (large sign will be on the right side of Route 422). Follow signs.
From Petrolia: Travel south on Route 268. Travel 6/10th of a mile past blinker light and turn right at cemetery. Follow signs for five miles.
From Chicora: Travel north on Route 68. Turn right at Sky Bank midway up the hill (across from Waltman's Furniture). Follow signs for six miles.

To Countryside

From Sharon: Travel north on Route 62 to Mercer. Make a left onto Route 258 North. Turn left at the stop sign onto Lamor Road (PennDot station will be on your left). Travel one mile (past Mercer Elementary School). 
From Grove City: Travel north on Route 58 to Mercer. Follow Route 62. Turn right onto Route 258 North. At the first stop sign, turn left onto Lamor Road (PennDot station will be on your left). Travel one mile (past Mercer Elementary School).

To Chicora Medical Center

From Butler: From Route 422, exit on Jefferson Street. Bear to the left. Travel Route 68 for 7.5 miles. Turn right at the sign for Chicora Medical Center. Continue 1.5 miles. Chicora Medical Center is on the right. 

To Trinity Living Center

From Slippery Rock: Travel north on PA Route 173 to PA Route 208. Turn right onto 208 North (Broad Street) to Chestnut Street. Make a left onto Chestnut Street and a right at the second intersection (State Street). Go around the circle to Hillcrest Avenue (third street to the right) and two blocks to Trinity Living Center.
From Mercer, Sharon: Travel east on PA Route 58 to Grove City. Turn left at the intersection with Route 208 East and 173 North (Broad Street). Turn left at Chestnut Street, then right at the second intersection (State Street). Go around the circle to Hillcrest Avenue (third street to the right) and two blocks to Trinity Living Center.

To Newberry Apartments

From I-79, take Exit 31 for Grove City to Route 208 east to Grove City. Turn right onto Route 58 east. Follow Route 58 for 1/2 mile. Turn right onto Flower Avenue; follow to Newberry Apartments.
From I-80, take Exit 24 for Grove City to Route 173 south to Grove City. Turn left onto Route 58 east. Follow Route 58 for 1/2 mile. Turn right onto Flower Avenue; follow to Newberry Apartments.
