Welcome to Meadow Lake Manor
Our personal care / assisted living community is located in the beautiful country setting of Armstrong County. Our 47-bed facility is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare and certified for the safety by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.

Meadow Lake Manor's qualified staff offers residents support and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing and eating. At Meadow Lake Manor, we understand the importance of sustaining a vital activity lifestyle. Our "Active Living" Program is the hallmark of our community. Our residents enjoy the full range of scheduled recreational activities that include outings to restaurants, department stores and ice cream parlors in the Senior Shuttle. In the summer months, we enjoy the great outdoors by engaging in fishing tournaments, horseshoe games and outdoor picnics. The cold winter weather sure does not stop us, either! We revel in holiday parties, Thanksgiving dinners and carol sing-alongs. And don't forget our pet therapy program - Sugar, our female Black Labrador is our pride and joy!
