Our Apollo location in picturesque Westmoreland County is less than 40 miles northeast of Pittsburgh. Our robust campus offers a private, secure courtyard for nursing home residents and a fenced-in grassy outdoor area with shaded patio for personal care residents. The skilled nursing and personal care residents enjoy a robust activities schedule full of daily fun and special events including seasonal events such as Carnival Day and Oktoberfest.

Steelers watch parties, Happy Hour socials and providing care to our in-house pet rabbit are just a few of the activities that have the residents coming together for fellowship and entertainment.  Another resident favorite is our It’s Never Too Late (iN2L) computerized system that displays games, trivia, music, historical information and much more on two 55” monitors. It provides hours of individual and group enjoyment! 

QLS - Apollo provides a perfect blend of rehabilitative care and post-discharge support to short-stay residents that need to regain their strength through a customized therapy program and get back to living their best life. Both short-term and long-term residents find pleasure in our resident-focused menu options and dining experience – a focus of all Quality Life Services locations.
