QLS - Markleysburg is nestled in the tiny borough of Markleysburg in the rural mountains of Fayette County. We are just one mile north of the Maryland state border. The atmosphere of our home matches the feel of the small town – quaint and personal.

We take great pride in providing individualized resident care by many long-term staff members. Our activities program is robust and includes various unique monthly programs led by department supervisors including a men’s group and Girls Talk. Our communal spaces are cozy and bright, ideal for watching a favorite television show or working on a puzzle.
