QLS - Chicora, located in Butler County near PA Route 68, is approximately 11 miles northeast of Butler. The residents enjoy the sights and sounds of our lovely rural setting – on that they share with small and large birds and deer that frequently visit the lawn. Our “Man Cave” and 50’s-style diner offer enjoyable spaces for family and independent time. Our secured courtyard provides a safe, quiet place for reading, walking or simply enjoying our raised garden beds.

Our Activities team takes great pride in the variety of activities offered – including trips in our shuttle bus and fun group events onsite. The Annual Summer Concert Series is open to the public. The residents enjoy the live music and grilled hot dogs on the patio with their neighbors. The Chicora community and surrounding areas look forward to our annual Car Cruise and Fireworks display that caps off the summer season and draws 100s of visitors to our campus. 

Our shared campus with Quality Pharmacy and a primary care medical building make QLS – Chicora a place of refuge, care and convenience for community members of all ages.
