A physical therapist can help you safely return to your prior level of functioning. It includes evaluation for equipment in the home setting, assisting with a plan to allow you to safely perform your activities of daily living and incorporating a home exercise programs to promote independence

Occupational Therapy
The occupational therapist helps you return to your prior level of functioning by assisting with day-to-day activities such as feeding, dressing, or bathing and instructs on work simplification and energy conservation techniques to promote independence.

A speech therapist can help you to return to your prior level of functioning by assisting you with speech/language communication and treatment of swallowing disorders in the home setting.
