QLS - Grove City is located in the cozy college town of Grove City in Mercer County. The close-knit town, steeped in tradition, adds to the homey feel of our Grove City location. Our building, the former Grove City hospital, holds a special place in the hearts of many local community members. 

Our creative Activities team brings to life the curiosity and fun of everything from science experiments to an Elvis impersonator singing and dancing his way into the residents’ hearts. The residents have enjoyed seafood boils, outdoor summer picnics and food trucks, and Vacation Bible School – just to name a few of the activities you’ll see on the monthly calendar. 

Residents of the Personal Care Unit love to sit on the front porch, reading and watching the birds and squirrels enjoying the feeders. Our secured unit for memory-impaired residents offers a realistic town-square storefront aura and safe outdoor space - and peace of mind for residents’ families.
